Inkology Tattoo Art Gallery – Tattoo Deposit & Appointment Policy

 

Thank you for choosing Inkology Tattoo Art Gallery! To make sure your experience is smooth, professional, and respectful of both your time and our artists’ time, please review our deposit and appointment policies below.

By booking an appointment—in person, over the phone, or online—you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms. A signed copy of this policy will be required upon arrival at the studio.

Deposit Terms

 

Non-Refundable Deposits

• All deposits, regardless of amount, are non-refundable.

• Your deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.

• In the rare case that a refund is approved, a 10% processing fee will be deducted to cover booking time, artist preparation, and transaction costs.

 

Missed Appointments & Cancellations

• If you cancel your appointment or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited.

 

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your appointment once with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Your deposit will transfer to the new date.

• Failure to give the required notice or multiple reschedule requests will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

 

Store Credit Option

• If you give proper notice but can’t set a new date right away, your deposit can be converted to store credit valid for 30 days.

• Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

Appointment Policies

 

Identification & Age Requirements

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all appointments—no exceptions.

• All clients must be 18 years or older. Inkology is a professional, adult-only studio.

 

Studio Environment

• No food or drink is allowed in the workstation area to maintain a sterile, safe environment.

• No guests are permitted in the workstation area. Guests may wait in the designated waiting area.

• Children are not allowed in the workstation area for safety and liability reasons. Please arrange childcare before your appointment.

 

Touch-Up Policy

• Touch-up policies vary by artist and are at the artist’s discretion. Please speak directly with your artist regarding touch-up terms and availability.
