Inkology Tattoo Gallery 2020 Procedures
THIS DOCUMENT IS AN OUTLINE OF THE PRECAUTIONS AND PROCEDURES INKOLOGY IS IMPLEMENTING AS A MEANS OF CREATING THE SAFEST ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR CLIENTS & EMPLOYEES.  WE ARE DOING EVERYTHING WE CAN TO UPHOLD THE GUIDELINES RECOMMENDED BY THE CDC AND ASK THAT ANYONE ENTERING OUR STUDIO FOLLOW THESE PROCEDURES TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY.

As every artist/client arrives, all door handles and surfaces will be sanitized and disinfected.  Throughout the day we will continue to regularly disinfect any surfaces that anyone within the studio comes into contact with.  We also recommend that clients/artists try to remain in their designated workspace to avoid unnecessary contact with others.

There is absolutely no vaping in the studio.  We ask that you do not leave to smoke during your appointment in an attempt to be vigilant about cleanliness and reduce added risk to our team and yourself.

If you must leave the studio during your appointment (bathroom, etc.) we will ask that you wash your hands and take a new pair of gloves and facemask.

Our waiting area will have strict social distancing guidelines.

Artist:
Inkology’s Artists will contact their clients one day before their scheduled appointment to confirm their appointment time.  Each client will be scheduled at least 15 minutes apart to maintain social distance upon arrival to our studio.  We ask that you please come at the time of your appointment, not earlier or later.

Each artist will be required to wash their hands immediately upon entering the studio.  They will be then given a fresh pair of disposable gloves and face mask and will go straight to their designated work station.  All work stations are set up within social distance guidelines.

Clients:
All clients must come to their appointment alone.  If you bring someone to your appointment with you, they will kindly be asked to leave.

Please bring food and water to your appointment based on the length of your appointment and your needs (snacks, lunch, dinner, etc.).  In an effort to minimize unnecessary social interactions, we are asking that you do not leave or order food from outside during your appointment.  Please note that you will be asked to eat at the designated work area.

Upon arrival, clients will be greeted at the door of the studio located on the third floor.  We ask that once entering the studio you dispose of gloves you may have worn prior.  We will then ask that you wash yours hands, spray your phone with our disinfectant, and we will provide you with a fresh pair of disposable gloves and a facemask. Gloves and facemask must be worn at all times while in the studio: we reserve the right to deny service to anyone who refuses this guideline.

Clients will be directed to their artists’ designated workstation to fill out our consent form and proceed with their appointment.

Once your appointment is completed and you have scheduled any future appointments, we ask that you promptly exit the studio.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING & COOPERATION
